Appointment Policy: At Summer Aesthetics, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best possible service:

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • A credit card is required to hold your appointment.
  • We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No-shows will be charged the full service fee.

Late Arrival Policy: If you’re running late, please call us. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Children: For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that children not accompany you to your appointments unless they are receiving a service.

Refund Policy:

  • Product returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase with receipt. A store credit will be issued.
  • We do not offer refunds on services.

Gift Cards:

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and are non-refundable.
  • Gift cards expire 5 years from the date of purchase.

Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential and will never be shared without your explicit consent.

Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price but are greatly appreciated by our staff for exceptional service.
